Here’s how children form their team, parents complete registration and Tribloom confirms everything before event day.

The school shares the event with eligible families. Parents then complete their child’s registration, while Tribloom manages the checks, payments, confirmation and event-day communication.
The school shares the event
Families receive the official circular, important dates and the school’s Tribloom registration link.
Four children form a team
The children decide who will participate together and choose a team name.
A parent creates the team
They enter the team name and register their child. Tribloom then creates a private Team Code to share.
The other families join
The Team Code is shared with the other three parents. Each parent uses it and registers their own child.
Everyone checks the team
Once all children have joined, every parent sees the names and confirms that the team is correct.
Tribloom reviews everything
We check that the team is complete, the grade category is correct and all required information has been provided.
Each family pays separately
After approval, every parent pays only for their own child through the secure payment step.
The team is confirmed
When all registrations and payments are complete, the whole team receives confirmation.
School IDs are checked
Each child shows their school ID during mandatory check-in or kit collection.
Families receive their timing
Reporting time, wave details and event-day instructions are shown on the registration page and shared with every family.
Easy to remember
Each parent registers and pays for their own child. The Team Code simply connects the children under the same team.
Registration opens through the participating school. The school shares the correct event link with eligible families.
