This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the Tribloom website and registration process.
Information we collect
What we collect depends on how you interact with us. We collect information through:
The public team-registration form
- Parent or guardian contact details, athlete and team information, and the school involved, so we can register your interest and begin the process.
Private individual parent/guardian forms
- Athlete identification and school/team information, emergency contacts, sporting readiness, consent preferences, and relevant medical, accessibility or support information provided by the athlete’s parent or legal guardian.
The public contact form
- Your name, contact details and the message you send, so we can respond to your enquiry.
Payment processing
- Payment confirmation details needed for reconciliation. Complete card, bank account and UPI credentials are handled by Razorpay and are not stored by Tribloom.
Website analytics and technical logs
- Basic technical information such as device, browser and usage data that helps us keep the website secure and working well. We use PostHog as our analytics provider to understand how the website is used — for example, pages viewed, interactions and technical details such as device and browser. This helps us improve the site.

How we use information
We use information for the following purposes:
- Registration and team administration

- Legal, accounting, insurance and incident-management requirements
Children’s information
Information about children is collected from their parent or legal guardian. Sensitive athlete information is restricted to the people who need it for safety or event administration.
How we share information
Tribloom does not sell personal information. We share information only when it is reasonably required, with:
- The host school
- Authorised event personnel
- Safety and medical personnel
- Service providers who help us operate, such as Google Workspace / Google Cloud, Razorpay, ZeptoMail, our website-hosting provider and PostHog (website analytics)
Payments
Complete payment credentials are handled by Razorpay and are not stored by Tribloom.
Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information by contacting operations@tribloomschooltriathlon.com. Some records may need to be retained for legal, insurance, accounting, safety or dispute purposes.
How long we keep information
We retain information only for as long as reasonably required for the purposes described in this policy.
Legal framework
This policy is intended to follow applicable Indian data-protection requirements, including the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act. We do not make unsupported legal-certification claims.
