These terms explain how taking part in a Tribloom event works, from registering interest to confirming a team. We have kept them clear and parent-friendly.

About Tribloom
Tribloom is a school-based team triathlon and a participation-focused sporting event. Teams of four athletes take part in swimming, cycling and running, with the emphasis on taking part, encouraging one another and completing the challenge together.
By submitting a team form, completing a registration or taking part in a Tribloom event, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Participation fees
The participation fee for each event will be communicated in the official event circular or registration information before payment. Parents or guardians will be shown the applicable amount before completing payment.
Team entry and selection
Submitting the initial public team form does not confirm selection or participation. It registers your interest and begins the process.
If a team is selected, every athlete’s own parent or legal guardian must complete the private individual registration form for that athlete.
How registrations are reviewed
Every submitted athlete registration is reviewed by Tribloom for:
- Duplicate entries
- Completeness of the information provided
- Eligibility
- Required consent
- Relevant safety matters
Payments and team confirmation
- Submitting a form does not trigger payment. A payment link is issued only after Tribloom approves the athlete for payment.
- A payment link is released only after Tribloom manually approves the athlete for payment.
- A team is confirmed only after all four individual registrations, the required reviews and all four payments are complete.
Accurate information and private links
- Parents and guardians must provide accurate and complete information.
- Each private individual registration link is created for one athlete and must not be forwarded to another athlete or family.
- Please do not send medical or emergency information through the public contact form, email or WhatsApp unless it has been specifically requested through an appropriate private process.
Conduct, equipment and safety
Athletes, parents and guardians must follow all school, event, equipment and safety instructions provided by Tribloom and the host school before and during the event.
Changes to event details
Event details may be reasonably changed when required by the host school, weather, safety conditions or other circumstances outside Tribloom’s control. Where this happens, we will communicate updates to the email addresses provided during registration.
Payments and security
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay outside the Tribloom website.
Tribloom does not collect or store complete card, bank account or UPI credentials.
